Terms of service

Atlas is a doctor-led personalised wellness platform. We deliver: a Body Intelligence quiz + score, a doctor-reviewed protocol of FSSAI-licensed health supplements, scheduled consults, and lifecycle support. Atlas is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and able to enter into a binding contract. Some content (consults, protocols) is gated to members who have completed the quiz and signed up.

Atlas products are health supplements, not drugs. We use FSSAI-safe verbiage ("supports", "may help with", "designed to support") only. We never claim to treat, cure or prevent disease. Every claim references the FSSAI claim register.

Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you choose; you can pause / skip / cancel at any time from Account → Subscriptions before the next billing date.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or partially-used items are not refundable for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within 7 business days. See the dedicated Refunds page for the full policy.

All Atlas branding, copy, the rule-engine, the protocol library, and software are owned by True Pharm Wellness Pvt. Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

You will not impersonate another person, attempt to break the platform, attempt to extract another user's data, or use Atlas for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Atlas is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
