Claims register
Effective from 2026-04-26. Last reviewed 2026-04-26 by counsel — placeholder for v1.
Every health claim made on Atlas — across product pages, concern pages, protocol rationale, and the rule-engine insights — is referenced to an entry in the FSSAI claim register and surfaced here for auditability.
We use FSSAI-safe verbiage only: "supports", "may help with", "designed to support", "contributes to". We do not say "treats", "cures", "fixes", "prevents disease".
Compliance commitment
Atlas is in scope of FSSAI Health Supplements & Nutraceuticals Regulations 2022, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, the MoHFW Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and ASCI advertising standards. We take this seriously — material claims are reviewed by our compliance lead before they ship.
How to verify a claim
Each claim on a product or concern page is tagged with a register id (e.g. ATLAS-CLM-024). The full register linking each id to the underlying FSSAI provision lives here. Until launch this register is being populated by our compliance lead with counsel; the table you see below is the structural placeholder.
