AYUSH practitioner

Dr Arjun Khanna

9 years in practice · Karnataka Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Board · KAUPB/2017/8841

BAMS-trained ayurvedic physician with a parallel obsession with modern endocrinology. Bridges the two so the protocol respects both lineages without being soft on either.

“Indian bodies have specific needs Indian medicine has known for centuries. I bring those into a modern protocol — without the guesswork.”

Arjun trained at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science in Bengaluru, took his BAMS in 2017, and has run an integrative clinic in Indiranagar since 2019. He treats Ayurveda the way good clinicians treat any framework — useful where the evidence holds up, set aside where it doesn't.

He's particularly known for his work on stress-recovery — adaptogens, chronobiology, the way Indian winters and Indian summers move cortisol curves differently. The Atlas adaptogen protocols draw heavily on his rationale set.

He's also one of the few practitioners we know who will say 'this won't help' to a paying patient and mean it. We rate that a lot.
